We live Yoga
Yoga studio with the heart
One day we realised how deeply Yoga had changed our lives. Our answer was simple: live honestly, with passion and gratitude — and pass the gift on. Now we would like to share it with you.
Start with a classWelcome
Based on our own practice and on what hundreds of students tell us, Yoga reshapes every part of life — building a real connection between body, mind and soul.
Classes for absolute beginners through to advanced practitioners, designed so everyone can move at their own pace.
Try several teachers and traditions with a Two Weeks Unlimited pass, and find what genuinely suits you.
Mornings, afternoons, weekdays and weekends — enough options to make Yoga an ordinary part of the week rather than a special occasion.
The term “Hatha” (हठ) carries the sense of persistence and force. Reading Buddhist tantric commentaries and yoga texts that predate the Hatha Yoga Pradīpikā suggests the adverbial use of “haṭha” points to force — making a way through strength and movement — rather than the later metaphysical gloss of uniting sun (ha) and moon (ṭha).
“Yoga” (योग) signifies restraint of the automatisms of the mind. Patanjali’s “योग: चित्त-वृत्ति निरोध” translates literally as “Yoga is the restraint of the fluctuations of the mind” — replace “fluctuations” with “automatisms” and the practical meaning comes through.
“Space” is the environment our team builds: professional guidance, honest advice, and the feel of the studio itself. Every qualified teacher who wants to share their knowledge is welcome to help it grow.
Hatha Yoga uses the body to gain influence over the mind, which shapes the quality of the reality we experience. The healing effects are a pleasant side effect of regular practice; specific techniques can also be applied directly to back pain, headaches, irritability and insomnia.
We do not limit ourselves to one style. You will find teachers from several schools of Yoga here, offering classes for every level. Come and see the difference for yourself.
Retreat
September 2026 · Two last-minute places available
Imagine two weeks devoted entirely to your wellbeing.
Two weeks by the ocean where there is nowhere to rush, nothing you need to achieve, and every day is designed to help you slow down, restore your energy and reconnect with yourself.
This September we are travelling to beautiful Kerala, India, for an intimate Ayurveda & Yoga Retreat at a luxury oceanfront Ayurveda resort — a recognised finalist in annual awards for excellence, quality and service.
Surrounded by palms, tropical nature and the warm waters of the Indian Ocean, we will immerse ourselves in authentic Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, nourishing food and the timeless culture of India.
Gentle yet deeply nourishing practices to awaken the body, calm the mind and bring you back into balance.
Your program will be individually designed by an Ayurvedic doctor according to your constitution, wellbeing and personal needs.
Including a beautiful daily four-hand Ayurvedic massage and other traditional therapies selected especially for you.
Delicious, wholesome meals prepared according to Ayurvedic principles, your individual type and your personal preferences.
Wake to tropical nature, breathe the ocean air and enjoy the beach right beside the resort.
Discover another side of India through carefully chosen excursions, sacred places and encounters with its extraordinary culture.
Inspiring workshops, gatherings and activities created to deepen the experience beyond the daily program.
Share these two weeks with a warm group of like-minded people, while still having plenty of space and time for yourself.
This is time to exhale.
As your body is cared for each day, the mind gradually begins to quieten. Life becomes simpler. The pace changes. And beneath all the noise and responsibility of everyday life, there is space to feel yourself again — rested, present and alive.
Rest. Restore. Reconnect.
Our retreat group was already fully booked and all available places had been reserved.
Unexpectedly, two places have just become available. For these final two places only, we are offering a special last-minute price.
If you have been dreaming about India, Ayurveda, or simply giving yourself the gift of two weeks of genuine restoration, this may be the opportunity you were waiting for.
One-on-One
With personal attention you will improve many times faster.
Group classes are built to address the usual body-and-mind imperfections. But specific physical limitations can stop you benefiting from even simple postures — which is exactly why individual teaching has always been part of Yoga and Yoga therapy.
Dedicated one-on-one practice removes those limitations and uncovers what your body can actually do. It works well on its own, and even better alongside group classes.
Pricing. A one-on-one Yoga class is $100.
